The Cookie Spatula . . . Works For Me Wednesday

Another one of the tools I can't live without for cookie making is my cookie spatula.

It's thin, flexible metal and slides right underneath my cookies without breaking them.

Just try that with a thicker plastic one! ;) Not only do I use it for decorated cookies, but I use it for every cookie I make...I wouldn't be without it!

Do you have one?

  20. This looks like a great way of getting cookies off the tray. I use a palette knife which sort of works but it's not wide enough......going to look on UK Amazon now for one!

  23. Thank you for this post! I just broke my favorite cookie spatula and have been searching for a new one. Purchased two sub-par replacements... looks like I'll be buying a third!

  24. Oh my...I must be living under a rock because I didn't even know they made a cookie spatula! I need one...must have one (or two) NOW! Cookies are my specialty (chocolate chip and peanut butter and oatmeal raisin and sugar cookie cutouts...YUM!) so it's obvious I must buy a cookie spatula to help "support" my habit!!! And I'll think of you you every time I use it (and that will be often)! ;)

  31. In fact, I do, and I just used it the day before yesterday for Choc. Chip cookies.

I love the ease in which they come off the cookie sheets and I haven't had an issue getting cookies off since I got the spatula. For those that don't have one, get it now! ;)
