Piping bag holder. . .Works For Me Wednesday

Just take a look at this neat little piping bag holder I picked up at Hobby Lobby last week! It's so great and now I don't have to use every glass in the house to stand up my piping bags! And, it was only $9.99...plus I used my 40% coupon and so was a real bargain. Clearly, I couldn't NOT buy it! :)

{I couldn't resist spending the extra $5.99 for the little plastic tips to keep them from drying out, either.}

This definitely works for me! We Are THAT Family is the place to see all of the WFMW ideas. For my archive of WFMW posts, please click here.

    How much royal icing do you make per batch of cookies? how do you know how much to make according to how many cookies you are making?.....guess what I'm doing again today? more smiley face cookies for my oldest to take to work for a birthday. LOL

  11. You have inspired me! I am going to make Halloween cookies with the cutters I have and try to decorate them as nicely as you do. I have your royal icing recipe and know to freeze the cookies after I cut them out. Do you have recommendations for the cookie recipe?

  12. That's awesome. I'll have to see about getting one of those. I saw the tip covers the other day. At first I didn't think I needed them but when I was decorating my sons birthday cake I wish I'd had them. Great WFMW.

  14. So do you just use the disposable bags each time? My bags are getting old, and the have minor cracks in them, so I was looking to replace those,too.

  18. Life is Good...yes, I use disposable bags always. I found the other ones to be really hard to get clean.

    adozeneggs...there are small holes on the top, too. I'm guessing they are for holding extra tips.

  19. TidyMom...I usually make a double batch unless I am only making one dozen. It's just the worst feeling in the world to run out of icing! :) I tend to make way too much also if I am using a lot of colors. But, better safe than sorry! ;)
